Here are some line drawings that are waiting to be painted. I’m usually inspired by a sketch in my notebook, then I draw something similar on a piece of khadi paper, outline it in black ink and then eventually paint it!
Here’s the first one, which was actually inspired by a painting that I completed for a customer:
Here is the painting that inspired it below:

Here’s the other line drawing:
The above will probably be a part of my Serenity, Joy Art Series when it’s finished but I’m not sure yet. It was inspired by the pencil drawing below from my sketchbook:
I must say though that I like the sketch better! I may have to redo that line drawing until I like it as much as the sketch

Your work is very unique. Do you have a work schedule or do you just work whenever you feel inspired?
Hi Griselda, thank you and thanks for commenting! I work on my art whenever I possibly can every day, and I find that luckily I’m always inspired. I have my 3 yo at home with me still and I can’t really make schedules work for me when it comes to art.
I am however, working out loose routines for things that are more in the ‘business’ and ‘marketing’ categories such as doing my accounts on a weekly basis and blogging once a week etc.
I also work around my son so I can appreciate the scheduling challenge. Stay blessed.
Thank you!
